Refund Policy
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. They secure your booking and cover design and prep time. Reschedules must be made with at least 48 hours' notice to transfer a deposit.
Refunds
No refunds are offered for completed (as well as to be completed tattoo) services. Refunds or partial refunds may only apply if services were not delivered with reasonable care or skill, as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Touch-ups
Minor touch-ups may be offered free of charge within the first 3 months if proper aftercare was followed. Additional charges may apply if aftercare was not followed or changes to the design are requested.
